More than three years ago the founders of Labtech Systems Inc. were heavily involved in web-based solutions for a number of clients. The directors, after much time spent researching the plus and minus advantages presented on the Internet realized that this method of transmitting information could become a time bomb in the wrong hands.

The Internet and computer skills are part of our everyday life.  As adults, many of us know where to draw the line and can determine who we wish to communicate with and on what subjects.

With the evolution and fast-paced transformations that are taking place with the Internet in general,  Labtech realized that the use of the Internet was quickly becoming an unsafe environment insofar as young children as well as teenagers is concerned.   For our kids, it is not that easy.  As parents and guardians we try to do all that we can to protect them but, unfortunately, we cannot be by their sides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To most people there are two solutions: pretend that the Internet does not exist; or, attempt to limit access to the Internet and computers on a daily basis.

The first solution cannot work for too long; kids talk to other kids and soon they will be putting pressure on their parents to let them “chat” or exchange email with each other.  Second, even with limited access, do you really know what your son or daughter is doing when they are sleeping over with their friends on Saturday night?

Neither solution works effectively – for anyone.  The Internet has now come of age and it’s not the place for children to be exposed to who-knows-what without proper and constant supervision.

And so we come to choozmail.

choozmail was originally developed by Labtech Systems Inc. with only one goal: to provide a secure and controlled environment for children of all ages to exchange emails and chat “conversations”.  choozmail provides the means for parents to exert their personal influence and supervision – without having to be physically next to their children.

After a two-year study of Labtech’s comprehensive suite of web-based applications and modules, combined with having the last 3 years of their financial statements audited by Rotenberg & Co. of Rochester, New York, NITAR Tech. Corp. acquired all shares of Labtech and all its copyrights and patents. The principal reason for this acquisition is the large and growing potential market for Labtech’s choozmail. choozmail is the only complete and comprehensive secure Internet communication solution (email, chat, voice) that was designed from the ground up and  focuses on the family and children’s security. Marketing Solutions Ltd. of Toronto, Canada conducted an extensive analysis of potential sales and market size and, together with George Parselias, CGA, prepared projected Five-Year Pro-Forma Financial Statements.
